domus faber leibnitz — end-to-end marketing for pall bau

for the domus faber residential project in leibnitz, pall bau gmbh needed all marketing from a single source. from visualisation through website to brochure — everything in one consistent style.

we produced exterior and interior visualisations, built a project website with an interactive 3d immo viewer (in collaboration with wolfgang berger and visionside gmbh), and produced brochures and the site hoarding. design and branding came from thomas gründling.

for the aerial shots we used a helicopter — drones were not permitted in that area.
