What does threesixty.at do for real estate projects?

What does working together cost?
Every project has a different scope — a single rendering is a different order of magnitude than a full package with viewer, animation and website. We are happy to discuss in person and send you a non-binding quote within 48 hours.
Are your renderings BAB-compliant?
Yes. Our 3D visualizations meet the developer requirements for marketing materials. We clearly mark what is rendering and what is photo.
When do I need a property viewer instead of renderings?
From about 12 residential units, an interactive 3D model makes sense — buyers can explore apartments, compare floor plans and request directly.
Can I also book individual services?
Of course. Not every project needs a full package. We recommend what makes sense — even if it is less.
How long does a project take?
A single rendering: 3–7 days. A full package with website and print: 4–8 weeks. Depends on scope.
Do you use AI for renderings?
Magic uses AI for virtual staging of existing properties. For new-build projects we work with classic 3D rendering — because the quality and control there is still irreplaceable.
What do you need from us to start?
CAD plans or floor plans, material and color preferences, and a short description of what you have in mind. The rest we clarify in the kick-off.
