Virtual tour — Van den Berg spice house Graz

Virtual Tour

your location —
walkable anytime.

360° tours for real estate, hospitality, hotels and retail — finished in 5–10 days, embed-ready, smartphone-optimized.

what is a virtual tour?

A virtual tour is an interactive 360-degree tour through real spaces. You click from viewpoint to viewpoint and can look in any direction — like a walkable panorama.

Unlike a photo, a tour shows the whole room. Unlike a video, the viewer controls the flow. The result: more trust, fewer follow-up questions, faster decisions.

We photograph your spaces with professional 360 equipment, process everything at our studio and deliver a finished tour that you can share via link or embed on your website.

for which industries?

Wherever a physical location exists, a virtual tour works. These are the industries we produce for most often.

real estate

Apartments, houses, commercial spaces — the tour shows everything before anyone has to be on-site. Less viewing tourism, more qualified prospects, faster leasing and sales.

hospitality, hotel & retail

Restaurants, hotels, shops — show your atmosphere before the guest arrives. A tour conveys the feel of a place better than any photo. Also ideal for Google Maps.

education, culture & public sector

Schools, museums, public buildings — virtual tours for open-house days, site presentation or archiving. Also for recruiting and employer branding.

existing property or new build? — when a tour fits.

existing properties — the ideal choice

For anything that physically exists, the virtual tour is the strongest tool. An existing apartment, a hotel, a retail space, an industrial site — the tour shows the room as it is, with atmosphere, materials, light conditions.

If the rooms are vacant and you want to show them furnished, we combine the tour with our Magic AI staging — empty captures are virtually furnished with AI, and the result is indistinguishable from real staging.

new construction — a different choice

If the building has not been built yet, a virtual tour cannot exist — we need real rooms to capture. For new construction we instead recommend a 3D property viewer (interactive 3D model with unit selection) or 3D visualizations for individual key images.

As soon as the show home or model unit is built, we are happy to add a classic virtual tour — as a visual argument for the other, not-yet-completed units.

Case Study

VIECON vienna trade fair — 73,000 m² walkable interactively.

One of our largest tour projects: VIECON, a trade fair and conference site in Vienna with 73,000 m² of floor space. The task: a viewer that can show all tenants and event organizers the halls, conference rooms, foyers and outdoor areas at any time on demand — site visit, no appointment, no travel.

Over 180 viewpoints, combined with floor-plan navigation and room metadata (area, fittings, booking status). The tour runs directly on the VIECON website and replaces the first on-site appointment entirely for most prospects — the inquiries that follow are more qualified, the sales process shorter.

For smaller locations the principle works just the same. A residential project with 20 units benefits just as much as a 73,000-m² trade fair. What changes: number of viewpoints, depth of hotspots, file size. The logic stays the same.

Special case

cleanroom, operating room, security area.

Some rooms cannot be visited publicly — cleanrooms in semiconductor production, operating rooms in hospitals, security areas in government or military. For recruiting, training and public relations it is still valuable to be able to show these spaces.

We have experience with all three categories: AT&S (cleanroom semiconductor production in Leoben), LKH Graz (radiotherapy facilities), Bundesheer (Eurofighter cockpit). On all of these projects we complied with safety, hygiene and confidentiality requirements, and produced the captures so that third-party information (e.g. model numbers, employee faces) was either not captured at all or retouched afterwards.

If you want to produce in a sensitive environment, reach out early — we can often clarify in the initial conversation which captures are technically and legally possible, and which are not.

Frequently asked

short and honest.

What exactly is a virtual tour?

A virtual tour is an interactive 360-degree tour through real spaces. You click from viewpoint to viewpoint and can look in any direction — like a walkable panorama. Unlike a video, you control the flow and perspective yourself.

How does production work?

We come on-site with professional 360 equipment, photograph all relevant viewpoints and process the captures at our studio. You get a link to the finished tour that you can embed on your website or share directly.

How many viewpoints do I need?

It depends on the size and complexity of your spaces. An apartment works with 8-15 viewpoints; a hotel or commercial property might need 30-80+. We advise you in advance which areas make sense.

What does a virtual tour cost?

Every project has a different scope — a single apartment is a different scale than an extensive tour with many viewpoints, info points and special features. We are happy to discuss this personally and send you a non-binding quote within 48 hours.

How long until the tour is finished?

The on-site shoot takes 2-4 hours depending on size. Finishing at our studio takes 5-10 business days — including post-processing, navigation, hotspots and embedding.

Can I embed the tour on my website?

Yes. You get an embed code (iframe) that you can include on any website. Works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and any other platform.

Does the tour also work on smartphones?

Yes. The tour is fully responsive and works on smartphone, tablet and desktop — in the browser, no app required.

Can I add info points, links or videos?

Yes. We can add hotspots with text, images, links, videos or documents. That way the tour is not only visual but also informative — perfect for real estate exposés or company tours.

My apartment is empty — what do I do before the tour?

No problem. With Magic, our own AI staging tool, we can virtually furnish empty rooms. This works for photos as well as 360 captures. The apartment looks inviting without you having to organize real furniture.

Does a virtual tour also work for new construction projects that have not been built yet?

For new construction projects we rather recommend a 3D visualization or a 3D property viewer. Virtual tours are based on real captures — the space has to physically exist.

Do you also produce outside of Graz?

Yes. We produce throughout Austria and on request internationally. Travel is billed transparently based on actual cost.
