What does a 3D visualization cost?
Four things drive the price: the number of views, exterior or interior, the level of detail in surroundings and furnishing — and your data. From CAD or BIM data we work faster than from a sketch, and you will see that in the quote. Send us your plans and you get a no-obligation quote with a clearly defined scope within 24 hours.
How long does a project take?
A single rendering is done in 5–10 working days. Full marketing packages with multiple services we plan with 3–6 weeks. Magic AI staging takes minutes. For rush projects we shorten the timeline — just get in touch.
What materials do you need from us?
For real estate: architectural drawings (DWG or PDF), floor plans, sections, and ideally a materials and finishes specification (or a BAB — construction and fit-out spec). For products: CAD data in STEP, OBJ or IGES. If something is missing, we figure it out — we can also start from sketches or photos.
Do you only do real estate?
No. In 16 years we have worked for industry (Andritz, XAL, Pewag), retail (Spar, Kastner & Öhler), hospitality, trade shows (VIECON Vienna Fair) and culture. Wherever something complex needs to be communicated visually, we're the right fit.
Do you only work in Graz?
We are based in Graz but work for all of Austria and internationally. Shoots, on-site appointments and 360° captures we do on location. The rest runs remotely — usually more efficient than everyone in one room.
Who is my contact person?
Philipp Hubmer, founder and main contact. On larger projects Deni and the tordrei team (graphics, web, development) join in — but you always speak with the person doing the project. No account managers, no overhead.
