Raaba — 360° tour with video-call feature
For Daheim Immobiliengruppe, we built a 360° tour for 16 residential units on Dr. Renner Straße in Raaba. The twist: an integrated video-call feature enables virtual viewings with real-time, personal advice — regardless of whether a unit is currently occupied.
We later brought the same virtual-viewing approach to the residential development in Gleisdorf — there with a tour of the entire building.
Result
Investors can view any of the 16 units anytime, from anywhere, and prospects get personal advice via video call without having to coordinate an on-site visit with the tenants.
