from bedroom to office
2014 was the year when “Philipp Hubmer makes visualizations” became a real studio. We moved from Seiersberg into downtown Graz, the first office of our own was set up. What four years earlier had begun as a side job alongside the architecture studies was now a full-time business — still a one-person studio backed by a stable network of specialist freelancers.
The first permanent team member came on board in 2021: Deni Omerbasic — who celebrates his 5-year anniversary with us this year (2026).
the high-quality angle
In 2014 there were already visualization providers in Graz, mostly from the architectural context. We deliberately positioned ourselves through quality: better lighting, cleaner materials, more honest atmosphere. That had two effects:
- We were more expensive than the average — but we won the briefs in which the image carried the sale.
- We had fewer simultaneous jobs — but we could deliver each one with full attention.
We’ve never given up that discipline, not even when we became a GmbH.
what has changed since
2014: we produced renderings. 2026: we build platforms. Magic, Spatial Player Pro, interactive 3D viewers — all areas that a classic visualization studio normally doesn’t cover.
What hasn’t changed: the standard. We recommend the solution that works — even if that means a cheaper variant. That’s brought us a 95% repeat-client rate. It’s the only marketing lever that has worked across ten years.
