sulfur oxidation plant (SOP), spent acid regeneration (SAR) and sulfuric acid concentration (SAC) — for these three sulfuric acid technologies we designed the joint sales brochure, from first draft to printed material. Peter Michael Schaffer supported us as a partner for graphics and illustrations.

the brochure pairs technical process graphics with a real customer testimonial: at a petrochemical plant in china, P&P’s SAR technology processes 25,000 tonnes of high-quality sulfuric acid from waste streams every year.

for all three technologies we built the complete plant as a 3D model — from the vividox catalyst tower to the multi-stage evaporation unit of the sulfuric acid concentration process. that makes a multi-stage chemical process understandable in a single rendering.
